Veggie-Packed Chicken Wrap

  • 3 oz Grilled & Ready® Fully Cooked Refrigerated Grilled Chicken Breast Strips
  • 1 flour tortilla, medium-large (about 150 calories, high fiber)
  • 1/2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup spinach, fresh
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, very thinly sliced
  • 1 piece roasted red peppers, blotted dry, sliced

1. Prepare Tyson® Grilled & Ready® Grilled Chicken Breast Strips according to package directions.

2. Place tortilla on a microwave-safe plate and warm for about 10 seconds. Evenly spread with mustard.

3. Lay vegetables along center of the tortilla and top with chicken. Fold bottom tortilla up and the roll tightly.
