This cheesy strata is a hearty way to start the day.
1. Sauté onion, red bell pepper, and green bell pepper in oil until soft. Add 1/8 tsp salt.
2. Remove rind from Brie; cut into small cubes.
3. In a greased 9-by-13-inch baking pan, layer sourdough bread, vegetable mixture, and Brie.
4. In a large bowl, whisk eggs, milk, Dijon mustard, Italian seasoning, 1/2 tsp salt, and black pepper. Pour over bread mixture. Chill overnight.
5. Bake at 350°F for 45 to 50 minutes.
