Spicy Turkey Stir-Fry

Ingredients:
  • 3 chopped scallions
  • 1 tsp chopped ginger
  • 1 tsp chopped garlic
  • Olive oil
  • A pinch of cayenne pepper
  • Vegetables of your choice (such as carrots, snow peas, and sliced red bell pepper)
  • Diced turkey
  • Your favorite bottled stir-fry sauce
  • Cooked rice
Directions:

1. In a wok, stir-fry scallions, ginger, and garlic in olive oil until fragrant. Add cayenne pepper and vegetables. Stir-fry until tender-crisp.

2. Add turkey and stir-fry sauce. Heat and serve with rice.
