Seafood pasta

  • 12 oz raw shrimp, shelled, devined, tail removed and rinsed
  • 12oz scallops, bay or sea, rinsed
  • 4 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 small onion, medium diced
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 8oz mushrooms, medium sliced
  • 1/2 lb angel hair pasta, cooked and drained

Prepare Pasta as directed on box.

1. Melt butter in large skillet. Add mushroom to melted butter saute for 1 minute, add onion and garlic to mushrooms, saute for 1 minute. Add Shrimp, cook for 1 minute, add scallops, Cook until shrimp is pink in color about 2 more minutes.

2. Pour over pasta and toss until covered.

Serve hot and enjoy

If using sea scallops cut in half. Serve and enjoy with garlic bread and/or side salad. Top with Fresh grated parmesan cheese if desired.
