Roast Beef Crisps

Ingredients:
  • 20 Lay’s thick-cut potato chips
  • 1 cup Lay’s French onion dip
  • 1/4 lb thinly sliced rare roast beef
  • 2 scallions, very thinly sliced
Directions:

1. Arrange chips in a single layer on a large platter.

2. Spread each with dip. Top with a small slice of roast beef and a bit of scallion. Serve immediately.
