Quick Casserole

Easy to make ground beef casserole

Preparation time:  10 minutes
Total time:  1 hour, 30 minutes
Servings:  4
Ingredients:
  • 2 lbs. ground chuck
  • 1 cup oatmeal, uncooked (reg. or quick)
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 can cream of musroom soup
  • 1/2 pkg. frozen Tater Tots
  • 4 oz shredded mozzarella cheese*
Directions:

Mix together first five ingredients. Pat into 9" square pan. Cover mixture with undiluted soup. Layer frozen Tater Tots on top. Bake 1 hour 15 min. at 350. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake until cheese melts. *Can substitute with shredded cheddar cheese.
