Easy to make ground beef casserole

Ingredients:
- 2 lbs. ground chuck
- 1 cup oatmeal, uncooked (reg. or quick)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1 can cream of musroom soup
- 1/2 pkg. frozen Tater Tots
- 4 oz shredded mozzarella cheese*
Directions:
Mix together first five ingredients. Pat into 9" square pan. Cover mixture with undiluted soup. Layer frozen Tater Tots on top. Bake 1 hour 15 min. at 350. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake until cheese melts. *Can substitute with shredded cheddar cheese.
