This is a gingerbread style cookie perfect for dunking!
1. Cream butter and sugar. Add egg and dark syrup. Sift separately the rest of the ingredients. Add the dry mixture into the creamed mixture and beat well. Refrigerate overnight. Roll think and cut into gingerbread men shapes. Bake at 375 for 10 min. Don't overcook!
Cookies will be hard...they are great for dunking in milk or coffee. Enjoy!
