Only six ingredients for this easy to make dessert.
Gradually add sugar to margarine in large bowl, creaming with mixer until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well. Slowly add flour and lemon juice. Pour batter into well greased 15" x 10" x 1" jelly roll pan. Mark off 24 squares lightly with table knife. Place 1 heaping Tablespoon of filling in center of each square. Bake at 350 for 45-50 min. While still warm, sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cool; cut into squares.
