Heat oven to 325. Mix croutons with cheese in
the bottom of a lightly greased 9 1/2" x 13" dish.
Fry bacon and crumble (set aside)
In a medium bowl mix together 8 slightly beaten
eggs, 4 cups milk, 1 teaspoon prepared mustard,
1 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon onion powder and
dash of pepper.
Pour mixture over the crouton mixture and top with
bacon.
Bake at 325 for 55-60 minutes.
