Warm, comforting brie is a perfect winter-weather appetizer.
1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Trim rind from top of an 8-oz round of Brie. Place cheese in a parchment-lined baking dish, topping with chutney. Bake for 10 minutes or until Brie starts to melt.
2. Meanwhile, toast almonds in a small skillet on low for 3 minutes or until golden brown. Sprinkle over Brie.
3. Place on a platter and serve with assorted crackers and your favorite fresh or dried fruit.
