This party appetizer favorite is a breeze to prepare and fun to eat with your fingers!
1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
2. Snap tough ends off asparagus. Blanch in a large pot of boiling, lightly salted water for 3 minutes or until tender-crisp. Drain; toss with olive oil and black pepper.
3. Cut prosciutto in half lengthwise. Wrap 2 asparagus spears in half a slice of prosciutto. Repeat with remaining asparagus and prosciutto.
4. Place on a baking sheet. Bake for about 15 minutes.
