Simply provide your favorite recipe to be entered to win!

You can enter in four different categories --as many recipes as you like!

• Breakfast
• Appetizers
• Main Entrees/Side Dishes
• Desserts

Ten finalists in each category will be invited to a cook-off, and the top winner in each category will be recognized at the 2011 Fort Wayne Newspapers Taste of Home Cooking Show. One cook will even be named Fort Wayne's Cook of the Year!

This is your chance to share your favorite dishes! All recipes submitted will be published in a cookbook available to all attendees of the Taste of Home Cooking Show on Tuesday, November 1.

But hurry -- recipes for the breakfast category are due September 9; appetizers and main entrees/side dishes are due by September 16; and desserts are due by September 23. Finalists will be contacted by phone and will be asked to prepare and bring their dishes to Fort Wayne Newspapers on Tuesday, October 11. Cold dishes will need to be at Fort Wayne Newspapers by 11 a.m., and hot dishes should be at Fort Wayne Newspapers at 11:30. Recipes received after the due dates may still appear in the cookbook, but only those received before the deadlines will be eligible to win.

Fort Wayne Newspapers will print all recipes in the 2011 cookbook as space allows, and all attempts will be made for at least one recipe per individual to be included. Fort Wayne Newspapers is not responsible for names that may appear similar to other recipes or to recipes already trademarked by other chefs.
